Situated around thirty kilometres North of the Tropic of Cancer, just as Havana,

During four years of research, the main players of Alexander Holding Company
reflected on the construction of an autonomous ecological city from both an energy
and infrastructures point of view; a domain which spreads out over 600 ha,

Its Gross domestic Product has not stopped increasing since the year 2000,
with an average growth rate of 5,6 % between the period 2002-2006. In 2007, GDP
reached US$72.5 billion ($65.7 billion in 2006).
The crisis did not touch Morocco because of its dynamism, the stability of its
economy and the weak exchange of capital between its banks and the main American
and European stock markets. Morocco targeted for 2009 a 5.8% growth rate (6.6% in
2012).
Its outside debt rate has been cut by more than half in only 7 years, between 1999 and
2006, when it moved from 51.4 % of GDP to 25 %.
The Moroccan balance of payments has been positive since 2000, with currency
reserves equivalent to US$ 23 billion in 2007. These currencies come from fund
transfers (collection, funds, collections) from Moroccans resident abroad , from
tourism and from direct foreign investments.
The net foreign credit notes of Bank Al Maghrib (the equivalent of the Bank of
France) represent 180 billion dirhams today, or 130 % of foreign debt
All these elements, political and economic, represent a number of guarantees for
